Specifies the minimum painting stage to use when painting the map. Setting the value to something other than Min enables you to turn off one or more background stages.
USAGE:
set-setting name=map.min-painting-stage value=labels
this will make Maperitive draw a map with just text labels (and without any polygons or lines).
set-setting name=map.min-painting-stage value=min
resets the setting to a factory value.
